The owner is amazing. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the other artist in the shop. She does good work, but is unprofessional at times and will quote you one price then switch her rates and not finish a piece until you pay more. I have never experienced business practices like this at any shop I have frequented around the country. Very disappointing.
