This place isn't what it used to be. I've heard good things about Shelby, but never got work done by him, so can't speak about that. I got some work done here by Nix and that was good, but I got someone else the last time I went in there, and it was terrible. It was a verse of a song and the top letters were thick and nice, and then the bottom ones were very thin, to the point that the letters are now disappearing. If you can get Shelby himself, do it. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

Visited family in Oakley and was referred to King Cobra. I lucked out and got an appointment. I had a big tat on my shoulder that seemed to miss something. Carl hooked me UP!
