Shout out to BRIANNA for going the extra mile to get me my BVLA piece!!! Background story: I went to Adornment pre-pandemic to replace a BVLA stud that had broken, thinking I had to buy something new, but the wonderful associate informed me that the piece could be replaced for FREE and she would order it for me. She called me several times to pick it up but I never was able to stop by - then the pandemic hit and everything shut down. Fast forward to month ago and Brianna is calling to let me know they still have it waiting for me! Since I can't get there easily they even mailed it to me. Five star customer service! Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. Not only was my piercer, Jose, super friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Wonderful selection of beautiful jewelry and very clean.

Best tattoo shop in Palm Springs. Staff is friendly & seem to be more of a family than just co-workers. My tattoo artist was very detailed in his work & put a lot of effort into making sure my tattoo was done perfectly. I'm an "older" woman who had 1 ear piercing close during the last 2 years when I didn't wear earrings. Just my right side. I made an appointment and was able to get in the next day. Savannah understood exactly what I wanted/needed. No new piercings, just re-pierce the one that closed in the same place. It was over in a heartbeat. And the instructions on how to care for the piercing were simple and clear. The office was beautiful and spectacularly clean. It's been over a week and my piercing is clean. I'd recommend this business for ANYONE who is considering their services.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at adornment! I got a septum piercing which was my first ever piercing! Jose (and the rest of the staff) made me feel so comfortable and calm. They are super professional and clean. Not to mention how friendly and cool all of the staff was with other people who were also there, other than me. when i walked into the room where I got pierced I said out loud “I feel like I’m at a doctors office”. Jose really knows what he’s doing and made sure that he explained to me all the steps he was taking and why he was doing them. Truly, such a good environment. I couldn't be more thankful and I will definitely be back for more piercings and I would recommend adornment to anyone in the area. I don’t usually write reviews but I chose this place because of the really great reviews I saw and I just wanna confirm to anyone else looking for a reputable piercer that this is the place to go and they VERY MUCH deserve the good word. Not from Palm Springs but decided on getting some ink. After searching around a few shops I called Adornment and spoke with Dillon Smith. Went in for scheduled time, the shop was super clean, more modern minimalist styled. All the artists tattoo in private booths and you can tell cleanliness is of top priority. Dillon was understanding of my wants, ran with it and delivered perfectly. Will definitely be flying back into Palm Springs for more work. Photo attached is right after session.
