Came in for a Friday the 13th flash tattoo & was immediately greeted! Christopher (@christopher_aguirre on IG) did my tattoo & absolutely killed it! He & the rest of the staff are so sweet and awesome at what they do.

Every moment was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I now have a memorial piece for my father that invokes anger and disgust when I have to look at it, Iβll spare the reader why. Also been advised not to speak of this incident at the moment. If I didnβt know better this would of been my first and last tattoo. Luckley my local artist who sleeved my arm and calve also did my back will be helping me thru this. Booked my appointment 6 weeks out, put down art deposit, sent art description weeks beforehand, Drove five hours out of state to wait two in the waiting room for art to be drawn up!? Wasnβt asked color choices or placement was made to feel it was a take it or leave it situation, truly wish I would of sucked it up and walked out on the deposit, $75 would of been a small price to pay not to be stuck with this. Quoted no more than $350 was charged $475?? was not once called by name but referred to as girl if even addressed at all mind you Iβm not a girl, Iβm a 35 year old woman. I could go on but think you get the point of why I donβt recommend this shop or Robbie mills. Iβll leave it at that and spare you anymore cause believe you me I could go on further. Beyond sad that what was intended to be a gift to myself and father on the one year anniversary of his death and a healing journey turned out to be a nightmare.

I love it here. They are very clean and respectful. Me and my family have been coming here for years. I have had four cartilage piercings done and in about to get a tattoo done as well. I recommend this place to anyone.

Beware of Ken. Everything else about that place is top knotch. I went in for a coverup of a small wrist tattoo. His big idea was to cover it in black. The tat on my arm looks nothing like the picture, you can clearly see the old tattoo shape underneath. When I went in a week or so later to get a small (and I mean small as a pea) part of the piece that he had forgotten to add, Oh my gosh I have never seen someone so butt hurt in my life. He added it horribly, it was supposed to be the hilt of a sword but he took two seconds and (without showing me first) added a crappy little box with a triangle on top.He didn't even try. I have been going to this place for years for piercings and my sis got beautiful tats done here by a different artist.... Just don't let Ken touch you or you will be paying for tattoo removal. The 5 stars is for everyone else who works there. Ken gets 0.

Wonderful humans that work here :) very much enjoyed the infliction of pain for a small, cute piece. I would recommend to anyone for tattooing for sure. Piercings i have no idea, i assume just as well. Great company. Go see for yourself

It was amazing! The process went completely smoothly and I was not disappointed in the slightest. Proper aftercare instructions were given and the artists were a pleasure to talk to. I love my first tattoo.

The staff is so friendly and the whole facility is so clean and comfortable! Chris did my first tattoo ever and we had so much fun! It hurt but it was so worth it!!
