Love this shop! Went today for a simple nose piercing. "Taylor" was very kind, professional, funny and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience. My husband is also getting tattos from their other shop. Would recommend for children's ear piercing.sinxe the shop is very welcoming and child friendly.

I got a tattoo from White Lotus owner Big Mike about ten years ago, and my impression is that it has in every sense of the word been absolute perfection. I approached him with a concept, which he interpreted and executed flawlessly (exceeding my expectations for what I had imagined). Since then I have lived in other cities and gotten tattoos from other artists, but recently I came back in to get another piece from Mike and I was not at all surprised to get the exact same experience as before. His work is simply breathtaking; while I would consider my other tattoos "artwork on my body," the two pieces Mike has done feel more like improvements to my body.
I have been to White Lotus on several occasions, multiple locations (multiple sessions for myself), seen friends/family get tattoos here, and the shops are consistently pristine. They embrace the culture of tattoos & piercings and Mike as the owner in particular has demonstrated to me his commitment to customer satisfaction beyond just the work he does. Even if I ended up moving to Antarctica, I would hands down return here for tattoos in the future! Came to get three piercings done and was very happy with both the process and end result! The room was very clean, and sterile materials were used to pierce. James took the time to ensure placement was perfect and discussed each size/color was right for me. The earrings look awesome, and will be coming back for more! Definitely recommended.

He's created personal art pieces for myself and my Wife, fixed things that we didn't like from other places, tied things together... You name it, he's done it. I wouldn't go anywhere or to anyone else. The whole staff is awesome, clean environment, funny as hell, and they listen to your ideas and give great feedback. Professionals! You won't find any place better.

Scheduled piercing for our 5 1/2 year old. This place called DAY OF TWICE in a row to cancel her appointment. She was disappointed and we had to make childcare arrangements to accommodate taking her with just one parent. Staff demonstrated ZERO empathy for the situation nor attempted to make it right. I have used this place for my own piercings twice, but I won't be back. If a business offers services for children, they need to understand the importance of prioritizing those appointments.
