Got my medusa done by Candace! Had such an incredible experience, as someone who’s only had their ears pierced at Claire’s- Candace made me feel so comfortable, by the time I got pierced I wasn’t nervous at all! Ace helped us at the front and was also very very sweet. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Definitely coming back soon :) Thank you guys so much

Always love coming here. I started coming for tattoos years ago with Mandy and eventually met Maya for my piercings. Over the years I've also had appointments with Patrick and Candace. The front personnel are always welcoming and helpful with jewelry. Very comfortable and chill atmosphere.

I got nipple piercings here by maya and she was so good I took two of my friends back to this shop. I have only had great experiences with them and I scheduled another piercing appointment with them this week. They are extremely clean and put a lot of work into making sure you are entirely informed about the piercing and aftercare. I think they are recommended by the health department and I won’t go anywhere else for a piercing.

Maya did my septum and she was amazing! Super sweet and made me feel comfortable right away, she gave me more aftercare knowledge than any other piercer I've been to. It very clear she loves her job which makes the experience even better. Thank you Maya!

My piercer was Patrick, and he was incredibly professional. I got two piercings in two ~private~ places, and I never felt uncomfortable at all. He walked me through each step before and during the piercings.
Bound by Design was very reasonably priced, and they helped me choose jewelry that would fit me best.
5 stars from me, they will be my first call for my next piercings and tattoos.

Got my belly button piercing here last week. I'm happy because it's healing very well and I assume because they were very sanitary but 4 stars because it's uneven lol

I got my first tattoo here some years ago. The tattoo itself is great, the artist did a good job and it healed nicely. Still looks good. However, of all the shops and all the artists I've done business with since, this shop is by far the rudest and meanest. While I was there I was belittled for my choice in tattoo and all while having it done I was told how overdone what I asked for it. I understand that doing similar things repetitively can get dull, but you can also keep it to yourself. Everyone has their reasons for what they want. An my reasons for my tattoo where my own. I've never been made to feel so small since then. For this reason I will not recommend this shop.

We brought our baby girl in to have her ears pierced by Patrick. He was amazing! So gentle and fast. Explained everything and obviously has experience with tiny kiddos. His compassion for her, and for my mama heart was so appreciated.

My partner came in to get their septum pierced, I followed for moral support but on the way in we decided to get mine done and they were happy to squeeze me into the appointment (3-11 @6:45) we had made for just the one piercing. The person working the counter was helpful and friendly and stood by in case we had questions about the forms. Maya, our body artist was funny, personable and ran us through quickly and with no unexpected discomfort. The price was reasonable, and I intend to get more work done at this location, with aforementioned artist. Definitely recommend.
