I had a terrible piercing experience. I went in today to get my lip pierced, the lady dropped the jewelry when trying to get it in, fumbled with my lip for way to long and i ended up leaving the shop with a hole in my lip, and no compensation offered. I understand mistakes happen but I would have appreciated if she tried to make the situation better in any way.

Raph is such an amazing artist to work with. Professional, respectful, kind and ridiculously talented! He takes what you want and how you feel into consideration during the design process and always gives 100% the whole way through. I have many pieces of art done by him and he is my go to guy! Jason is amazing!! i have a tattoo on my thigh that i wanted to change up and came to him very confused on what i really wanted, but he was able to come up with an amazing design and now i love my tattoo so much more now that he put his ideas and art over it!! i would highly recommend coming here!! this is my second time getting my tattoo done at this location & i’ve always been so impressed with the work they provide!

I got my septum pierced here in February of 2020. I’ve been trying everything I can to straighten his piercing out . The I went to another shop and they said I’m going to have to repierce it. I’m very upset . From what I was told the lady that did my septum got fired but I wish I could get my money back for this. My piercing is sitting super crooked .
