Cei is an incredible and thoughtful artist, the energy and care I received while receiving a large shoulder/back piece made the multi hour experience enjoyable. Cei is an incredibly clean individual, and stays up to date on all pertinent health and safety practices for being a tattoo professional. If you’re looking to get a well done tattoo that is individualized and personalized to your taste, but also enjoy the experience, Meadowlark Tattoo is the place to go. I’ve been to several different places around town but the artist really makes the difference and Cei is a great artist. He’s patient, listens to what you’re looking for, and is cool to talk to. It’s worth the wait to get a tattoo if you want it to represent you in the best way. I don’t normally do reviews but, I like to represent businesses who’s personal values are reflected in their business practices, that do their best to change the industry they’re in, for the better. I could not have asked for a better experience. It was my first tattoo and I picked a rather complicated design. Cei was more than happy to work through all my edit requests and redos until we finalized the design. He was patient, open, and incredibly sensitive to how to make the experience as safe and comfortable and easy for me as possible. I went in for one tattoo and hope to do two whole sleeves with him! The Meadowlark Tattoo shop is located in an adorable carriage house and is extremely clean and professional. Cei is the most patient and understanding tattoo artist I have ever encountered. He really takes the time to get to know what you want and to work WITH you on how to execute the vision. He is an awesome artist with the ability to weave multiple aspects into one design that will work with your body. I've gotten two tattoos from him already and they are quickly becoming some of my favorites.
