The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the gripe I have here is with a single employee. I would give less honestly if it weren’t for that.
I would say avoid the cheap piercing days. I’m unsure if the piercer was just rushed during the day, or what, but I had 3 pokes (two earlobes and my nostril) and 2 of them I’ve had to remove. The earlobes were pierced in two different places, on two different angles too. One piercing was so close to the bottom of the lobe, and also pierced on a downward slant, that I was scared it would reject through the bottom of my earlobe. Once I noticed this, I also noticed my other ear was pierced at about a 45 degree angle pointing upwards. I made the choice to close them up, to have a shot at new ones a while from now.
The piercer called my single lobe piercings “uneven.” Even went so far as to ask where I got them done. (They are not uneven, btw. I’ve been looking at them since she said it and I am confused on how she even came to that conclusion). She justified setting my doubles unevenly because of this. Yes, she did show me the marks she made prior to piercing, but they looked nothing like where she actually ended up piercing them.
I forget her name. And again, I am sure she was slightly exhausted by the end of a piercing special day. But at the end of the day, I kept 1/3 piercings and that makes the one piercing I kept basically full price.
Sometimes you do get what you pay for, unfortunately. Just pay full price at a place you trust instead. It’s much more worth it.

Me and my eight friends (the fosho group) got piercings at Solano by Adam and he was so amazing! He was so friendly and funny and made the process go seamlessly. Loved Adam and his work and would definitely recommend.

I got a touch up of a couple pieces done by Rachel. I previously didn’t have a good experience with my former artist and needed a red ink piece touched up but Rachel made me feel very comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I would say I had a good experience with her and will be getting future tattoos here again soon 💕

This is my second tattoo with Rachel! She has great attention to detail, a really light hand. I even fell asleep on the table during the three hours it took. This is about 5 months healed and I'm obsessed with it. The placement is perfect and the details still looks amazing!
