Story of My Life Tattoo

Received my very first tattoo here from Quincy and she was a dream to work with. I went in a little nervous but she was very professional and friendly, and helped me with the reassurance I needed. Her station was very clean and organized and I had no doubt she knew exactly what she was doing. She gave me her tried and true, no-nonsense aftercare routine, answered all of the questions I had, and my new ink has been healing beautifully. Could not have been happier with my experience, and I'm already looking to book a second.

Clint is a phenomenal artist & extremely dedicated to providing the best of his skills & talents as an artist, not only in delivering what the client wants through his work on them, but he also cares & takes pride in what he does. It speaks volumes about a person & in this case the reputation of a business as well when you forget your in a business getting inked because they treat people as friends & family,making you feel at home. You're not a dollar gained at this place, you're a friendship earned, to them. If you want an average job done,this isn't for you. There's plenty of places that are proud of doing that type of work. These guys take pride in what they do, they do it very well & they are fully aware that the work they do means something to their clients & when people see the tats they do on folks, people can clearly see that work represents the artist & how much pride is in the work they do. So please visit Story of my life & the crew there when wanting to get your ink done, there's nothing wrong with making a smart decision. This was a very smart decision that's gonna stay with me forever.

My best friend and I were the people who completely procrastinated and never made an appointment. I called and they were able to squeeze us in. Jack and Ben are amazing! They were efficient, knowledgeable, and I'm so Happy! Our tattoos turned out absolutely incredible! I have had a few tattoos done in other states and I have yet to find anyone in Colorado and I am so glad that I found SOML! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

Was referred to this shop, and specifically the tattoo artist John (the one with the bushy red beard), by two friends and decided to go to them for my second tattoo. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. Loved the atmosphere of the shop and was greatly pleased with my experience there. He also touched up an old tattoo of mine for a reasonable price and I couldn't be happier with how both turned out!! Would definitely recommend this tattoo parlor to anyone who would listen!

Don't book with Noah Dewitt - had an appointment scheduled for the 31st only for the artist to reach out the day of and tell me he had to cancel because "some stuff came up." Had my friend stop by the shop during my appointment slot and he was in there doing other work. When I asked how soon he could reschedule he never reached back out. Seems pretty clear he just never worked on the designs and waited until the day of to cancel.

Super unprofessional. Told me he'd have designs to show me the week of and never reached out, left me in the dark and wasted a ton of my time, canceled last minute with no excuse or intent to reschedule. Would not recommend.

Kaia is absolutely fantastic and I’ve had her do 2 of my pieces so far... after 10 years of looking I’ve found my go-to artist, that’s for sure! Every time I’ve walked in I’m greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile from someone. The shop has a kick ass vibe and friendly faces. What more can you ask for? GO HERE. You won’t be disappointed.

Best tattooing experience I’ve had! Noah Dewitt has done a phenomenal job and displays perfect attention to detail. I will definitely be back! Would this artist to anyone!

I am a regular at this shop, the artists are great however there is one that is consistently loud and cussing and complaining. My artist is downstairs and it is nice and relaxing down there, clean and good atmosphere and this artist will go out of his way to go downstairs and scream, cuss and complain to the other artists while I am paying hundreds of dollars to get my tattoo worked on. It’s very unprofessional, the other artists as I said are fantastic and it’s a good shop but I just want to be tattooed in peace.

Ben did an awesome job. It was my first tattoo but he made it comfortable for me. Incredibly skilled artist and nice guy who kept me updated on how the progress of my tattoo was coming and what he was doing. Will be back to see Ben for more work soon. Great first experience

Very friendly artists that are enthusiastic about their work. Highly recommended by several individuals around town, we walked to the conveniently placed shop downtown and had a quick chat with Shilo and Jack about some potential work. They seemed to welcome any ideas and were engaging, not cocky and overbearing like some artists can be in other shops. Great location!
