Well let me tell you about Rich...not convinced he exists. Had our appointment scheduled for over two weeks and confirmed the week before. We waited for over an hour in the hot sun and than he had enough nerve to ask us to come back two hours later and was supposed to call us. Never happened. Totally stood us up. Not cool dude. We even drive 3 hours for this meeting. What a jerk
