Kely and Andrew were amazing. Informed me about the entire process, made everything very comfortable and easy. They made sure that they got all my ideas for the tattoo and made sure I loved it before starting. Kely did an amazing job on my tattoo and made sure that I could ask for breaks or water whenever. They both made me feel very comfortable! The experience was a literal 10/10! One million percent would recommend!

I had a memorial tattoo done at another local place and disliked it from the start, with my friends & family commenting on how poorly it was done. It was very blurry, nothing defined & I wanted something very specific. And they were a little put out by me calling the next day to report the ink was running down my ankle and asking questions about after care.
Then my husband had his memorial tattoo done at Black Kimono by Pietr & it is a work of art!!
I asked if they could or would fix mine and they said they would try. Andrew at the front desk is a true professional. He walked me through all the after care steps & even handed me an instruction card with everything spelled out. I can’t praise Pietr’s work enough. I am ecstatic over how it came out! My family & friends think it’s awesome as do I.
