My daughter went in for a piercing and was nervous the older man was very rude and disrespectful. He was cursing at her because she was nervous. Very unprofessional!

I caught the metro and walked 30 minutes just to go get a piercing and the place was closed when google said its open. Called multiple times and no answer whatsoever, thought it would be a good place to go but i guess reviews lie.

Went in on 9/26 interested in a tattoo of some text and a black bar around my wrist. Was spoken to with a horrendous attitude by the guy at the front desk, who clearly was annoyed I was even there and taking up his time--even when he quoted me for $250 for something relatively simple. That's not a small amount of money!!! I don't expect all smiles, but I sure don't expect you to act like I'm wasting your time when I'm willing to drop three figures, either.
