Loved getting my nose pierced here with a friend. The piercer was awesome in making you feel comfortable and talks you through everything. Even gives out his aftercare sheet and card. Friendly staff and extremely clean establishment.

Skylar is great. She has got a very steady hand and is super sweet. I had a hard time with my thigh tattoo she was very patient with me. She's extremely detailed oriented. I love her work. Nice clean and friendly group

I have had 2 tattoos done by Vinnie in the past and I wouldn't trust anyone else. I recently took my son for his tattoo and I am still in awe with Vinnie's talent. His new home, Bold City Tattoo, is very clean and a great atmosphere. The two other artists at Bold City Tattoo are very talented as well as I saw their work online and in person. I highly recommend these artists and Bold City Tattoo. Amazing work, Highly Hygienic and trustworthy!

One of the best tattoo shops around. Very personable staff, very active on social media, many quality artists. The whole vibe of this shop is different and fun. The owner is one of the best artists that I have ever met in Jacksonville.

Me and my significant other decided to come here due to specials on Friday the 13th. Because they were doing specials I expected a wait time which indeed happened. After waiting outside for an hour we continue to wait inside for another 2 hours. During our wait those who showed up hours after we did were able to come in and get serviced with a tattoo while me and my girlfriend patiently waited to be serviced. After waiting for about an hour and a half three women came in, filled out their paper work and were seen 25 minutes later while we continued to wait. A couple and a 3rd came in around the same time as the other three women and were seen as well. In total roughly 12 people were seen before us who showed up hours after we did. After seeing someone come in and get tattooed before us, I asked the gentleman at the front if our name was called. He said not yet, but both of you are next. I sat down and stepped outside and a couple that was only there for maybe 30 minutes were getting tattooed. The gentleman noticed and came to me and said that the next person will be ready in about 5-10 minutes. I said okay and we ended up not getting called. After waiting for 15 minutes we decided to leave. We waited patiently in line from 4:15 to 8:08. The amount of people who came in after us and were able to get tattooed was ridicule especially for a first come first serve.

I got my nose pierced today!! They were wonderful!! Very clean, felt super safe, so nice. Loved how he didn’t take a million years to get me started which would of built the nerves. I SWEAR I barely felt anything!! He did it SO FAST I didn’t even realize he did it already he did exactly what I want and where I wanted. My nose right now doesn’t even hurt at the moment. Roosevelt has done it for over 13 years. Loved iT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Ever since I started going there for a sleeve tattooed by the owner, I never could bring myself in to a different tattoo parlor. The owner was always very patient with me about everything considering I’m deaf and uses my phone to communicate, he was very considerate. The shop is very clean and has a whole BOLD VIBE going on every time I go in so that’s a plus! The prices also always felt fair and reasonable. You won’t regret this shop!

Vinnie is an absolutely incredible artist and all around great guy. He’s been tattooing my husband and I for years and there’s no one else we’d rather see. He is professional, he keeps a clean environment, and he is very personable. He is very conscious of the people he is working on and will work with you to get the perfect piece of artwork. 10/10 ⭐️

Not sure why I wasn’t serviced very well. But basically I made an appointment for a consultation, I came in we spoke about the tattoo I wanted. After agreeing that I liked the tattoo I was told to come back later that afternoon. When I got there I spiked to the guy at the front desk and though he was nice no one really cared I had an appointment. I was told 3times to come back in an half hour which I did 3 times. Then the person that was suppose to tattoo me me leaves and all I got was a sorry he will be back in a 30min. It was my birthday and all I wanted was a small tattoo. I guess my money wasn’t good enough or maybe they just didn’t want to tattoo me. Either way I was very disappointed I have gotten a lot of tattoos over the years and so has my wife we have been trying to find a good place since we moved to Jax. This the first time I have ever been treated like that and I didn’t even cause any trouble or nothing I was polite the entire time trying to be patient and allow them to get to me when they could. That’s sad!
