Brought back a nice souvenir from my first trip to the keys. Check out Groovy Rooster on Truman if you want to get some art done while on vacation. Eddie and Danielle are a very cool couple with a nice clean shop. Eddie did my rooster. He was pretty light handed and did an excellent job blending the colors. Great experience and I would go back again.

My wife and I walked off the street while hanging out in Key West. She had no tattoos but wanted to commemorate our trip. She saw something Danielle had done and wanted to do it. We walked in and Ed and Danielle could not have been more patient, helpful, friendly with someone who was nervous. The tattoo came out terrific. I got one too, but I was a far more easy customer. Ed did mine and was awesome too. Looking at what I had already in the area he suggested something to match the look and it came out awesome. I do not have mine on my phone but will update when I pull it off my wife's phone. Would definitely recommend getting off of Duval St. if you want some quality work done for a fair price.

If you want to get beautiful tattoos in Key West, this IS the place!!! We had walked in and discussed our ideas, and Edward was kind enough to fit us in that day. When we went back, his wife Danielle was so nice and put together such lovely tattoos for us! My aunts and mother got matching tattoos, they wanted small palm trees, and they came out so wonderful. They were really happy with their tattoos, and Danielle was super quick with each one and did an awesome job. I wanted a small turtle and I'm beyond satisfied with the result. It's so adorable and I fell in love with it the second I saw it finished. The details in the shell are absolutely amazing! Danielle and Edward are such kind, considerate, and great all-around people and you can tell that they truly care and have passion for what they do. I highly recommend Groovy Rooster!!!

Love love love Danielle!! My tattoo was unplanned. I messaged the shop through FB, and she said come in asap because they close early. I walked in, went through some pics with her, and we talked a bit about what I wanted. Make sure to bring cash. I can't rave enough about her and Ed; they're go with the flow, funny, and make easy conversation. My tattoo is beyond beautiful; her color work is phenomenal!! If you're looking for somewhere to go in Key West, forget the other shops and the drama of Duval Street.
