What we wanted was EASY. Simple tattoos for a group of Ladies. Instead the second we walked in, we got a Rude, Nasty and condescending guy named Rick. Don't think he's the only one, the girl behind the counter could use a class on customer service too. If you like establishments that hire mean people that don't want your business this is your place! If you want professionalism and be treated nicely go somewhere else, anywhere else but here! Need a whole new staff!

I went in June 6, 2021 as a walk-in and was able to get an appointment for an hour later(with an artist named Turtle)! I didn't know much about tattoos(I only have two others from different places which are small and were one of the ones you pick for "specials") and the people behind the counter were amazing! Very patient and helpful in letting me know what would and wouldn't work out/look good. The review says the person helping me(who I absolutely ran around😅) was named Eliotte(super cool pink hair!) and the customer service from that person and everyone else was amazing! The artist(Turtle) was also super personable. He was patient and is very good at what he does. In and out super quick with a good quality tattoo(pictured below: any shine/white spots you might see is just from me putting on too much Aquaphor, the tattoo has great color). Again, great quality/service, and pretty well priced for being right smack in the middle of a tourist spot. Thank you guys!

I had been wanting to get a tattoo in memory of my Mom and finally decided to go for it while in Key West. Young lady working the counter took 2 pictures and merged them together to come up with the exact thing I wanted. Turtle did the tattoo and I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. He went above and beyond my expectations and was very professional. Highly recommend him!!

Came in and they got me and my crew of 7 others an appointment for a few hours later almost instantly. Highly recommend Rick did great work for me and friend. Also the other two guys do great work too. Rick was great he laughed and joked with us like we’ve known him for a while!

Super impressed with how well this shop took in so many walk ins and did amazing jobs on all! Me and my mom got tattoos and (I forget his name but he had a ponytail!) he was super sweet and made good conversation! Everyone was so friendly and it was overall a 11/10 experience. Definitely recommend!

Our artist Magix was AMAZING!!! I got a wrist tattoo and my man got behind the ear. Magix did beautiful linework, light touch, great artist. We feel so lucky to have found him on our trip and now we have these wonderful reminders for life. Thank you Magix!!

Rick and the staff at the front were great. Rick did a great job on my tattoo. Lines were crisp, color was awesome! They made us feel welcome too which is great. Prices were fair and we’re in key west! Stop in and you won’t be disappointed!

Danny did my first tattoo about two weeks prior. He was friendly enough, and did an excellent job! So I went back for my second one, specifically so he could do it. He was so unfriendly! Almost like we were disturbing him! Not to mention the over pricing of a simple tattoo. The quality is very nice, he just needs to be more appreciative of his customers, and their return business. My recommendation is walk on down the road to Southern Most tattoo!

Clean, professional and will come back next time we're in town. Thx for my little Key West momento!
