After getting conch piercings last year that went really well I returned here for rook piercings a couple of days ago. It went well but I found it odd that I was pierced with studs. I later found out that not only should I not have a straight stud in a rook, I should never have been pierced with a butterfly back earring (they’re linked to bad healing, easily gather grime, etc.).
I’m going to visit a new piercer as soon as possible and have them assess it. I'd hate to think I was targeted. Super disappointing when the studio seems so professional.

I had in mind the conch republic emblem & Mia suggested it be done in black ink. I trusted her knowledge & input and I couldn’t be happier!
Artist Mia More at Southernmost tattoo was absolutely wonderful. The studio was clean, everyone was very friendly, and it was an excellent experience start to finish!

We decided to get tattoos while in key west kinda spur of the moment, the worked us in as a walk in right at 1:00 on a Monday. My wife had Mia and I had Filip, they both were great and answered all questions we had and made sure what they drew up was what we wanted. The lady at the front was also very nice and helpful, didn't get her name. Thanks for our first tattoos!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. My tattoo artist Henri Hohenstein was amazing. I came in with a picture of my mother and me walking on the beach that I wanted as a tribute to her. He listened and then came up with a tattoo that is beautiful, sentimental and honors the relationship that I had with my Mutti. If you're in Key West and have always wanted a tattoo, give them a call and set up a consultation. Their pricing is also reasonable considering you are in Key West.

I recently just had a bicep piece done by Mia. Not only does she do amazing work as an artist but she’s also extremely chill and easy to vibe with. I went for a design and when the day of the tattoo came and I saw the piece I was blown away! She’s a very talented artist and her chair side manners are also great.
