I have known Charlie for years! He does amazing work tattoo and piercing wise. I have personally haven’t gotten a tattoo but I plan too in the future. my brothers have gotten tattoos by him at his previous shop and the tattoos are amazing pieces of work. Piercing wise I have never got an infection or any kind of flare up when I have gotten my ear piercings. He made sure he told me the right cleaning care and suggested putting them on the side I don’t sleep on. Charlie is your go to guy for tattoos and piercings! Every tattoo I’ve gotten from Charles has been incredible. I honestly wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. The Ivy is so clean and welcoming I’m dying to go back just to get more work from the other amazing artists here

Charles is beyond professional. Sanitized his work space and made sure everything was clean. My sister and I got matching tattoos by him! I’ve gotten 7+ tattoos done by him personally. Definitely would recommend him and his shop!

This place doesn’t get any better. Amazing shop, incredible artists, and a very cozy atmosphere. Everyone at this shop is so talented and trustworthy. I’ve had tattoos done in some of the hardest places to tattoo (Like the inside of my ear for example) and they were able to tackle it no problem. Big or small, they can do it all.

I had gotten tattoos done by Jaclyn before The ivy even opened. My last one was done not too long after it opened. A+ work and a nice clean environment! If I hadn’t moved to Tennessee I would have already been back for more!

this google account is my dad’s but, my grandma recently passed and i had met Charlie one night after coming home from the hospital, and in the spur of the moment, I decided to get a tattoo. even though he doesn’t normally accept walk-ins, he let me come in an hour before close and he tattooed me. he did a beautiful job. he was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. my mom and aunt wanted to get tattoos for my grandma but my aunt was leaving out of town the next day. I texted Charlie and asked if there was anyway he could find time for them, not only did he come in on his day off, he stayed two hours after the shop closed, AND, he did an amazing job. he truly is a great artist, not only because of his technique and talent but because of the person he is. the shop is so clean, so well-organized and very inviting. i plan to be back soon and i’m so excited.
