My friend and I went for a last minute tattoo and they answered the phone promptly, answered all our questions, and even accommodated us when google had the wrong address. The shop is clean and high tech. A lot of the staff if not all is Brazilian though and not all of them speak English but still overall very friendly and professional

By far one of the best tattooing experiences I've had over the last decade or so. The level of communication was unparalleled. Chino was very clear and honest about everything prior to getting in the chair. Luis has to be one of the top artists in the state. I came in on a Saturday to make an appointment the next day, showed them what I wanted. Luis sketched it out and had it ready for the following day and boy does this guy deliver! I am beyond pleased with the quality of work and the attention to detail by everyone on the staff there. Will be returning for sure to add more beautiful pieces of art.

Really liked this place! This was my first tattoo, and everyone was really kind and welcoming. I got to help them design the tattoo on a touch screen, and when I wanted to change things, JC was patient and listened. I had a very hard time staying still (the tattoo was on my ribs), but JC did a good job of telling me to breathe and fixed any mistakes caused by my movement. The only thing is that I was not really told much about after care. This was okay, because I had a friend with me who knows lots about tattoos, so they explained to me later. Would definitely come back here again! The place was nice and clean, and I was super happy with my first tattoo experience.

I was lucky enough to have Oriana be the place where I got my first tattoo.. My artist IS Louis! He's incredible. Worked with me until we had exactly what I wanted & made me feel super comfortable. As a first timer, that meant a lot. It certainly won't be my last piece by Louis. Can't wait to head back to South Beach for more!!!

Awesome place! Super friendly and great prices. Me and my friend called in on the off chance and got brilliantly done matching tattoos to remember our recent trip to America. Even though they were matching love the subtile difference between the two, mine being more masculine looking with darker shading than my friends. All in all amazing experience!!
