I think this location must hire its employees based on how RUDE they are capable of being. Words escape me trying to describe how awful these people are. I will NEVER go back, and am so glad to have found another piercing location much closer and more convenient to my house - and the people there are actually nice - and feel that good customer service is an important thing.

I got a belly piercing at Tattoos by Lou. The process of filling out the paperwork was fast and simple. They provided me with the aftercare spray. Which came to my satisfaction that I didn’t have to worry about finding the spray during this pandemic. At the end of the day I had received my belly piercing. One of the gems fell out, I noticed them and they replaced free.
