They advertise that they carry a large selection of jewelry, so I went in to switch out the labret for my medusa. Unfortunately, they only had 4 or so style options in the size gauge I needed, so I settled for one. It looked very small, so I expressed my concerns about typical morning swelling and the possibility of the jewelry embedding in my lip, but the piercer said that it would be fine.
The jewelry change was relatively easy and not painful, but this morning I woke up to the base of the new labret being consumed by my inner lip. I immediately cleaned the area and switched the jewelry back to the initial piercing labret. It feels like I threw away $20 on jewelry that is not really wearable for me.
Also, as I was removing the new labret, I realized the stud wasn’t screwed all the way in and would’ve pinched my skin if it was.
My experience with the service was good, but the approval and reassurance of jewelry that wasn’t appropriate, as well as the small selection of jewelry has turned me away a bit. I don’t doubt that this shop and its artists/piercers deliver good work and service, which is why I still gave three stars. Not sure if I personally will return, but I wouldn’t want to stop someone else from checking out the shop.

I’ve had my tattoos done here including my most recent on my foot(two weeks ago). This place is so clean, artist (hiiii Dickey!!) are so professional wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly highly recommend this place if you want great work done. My very first tattoo I had done 5 yrs ago still looks AMAZING! Definitely coming back for more !!!!

I would definitely recommend this place for piercings. My piercer was professional, explained everything, and gave tips about proper jewelry. He is a kind and genuine person. My sister and cousins were searching for a good piercing place, and I am recommending this place for sure!!! If you want great service from expert professionals, then this is the place to go!:)

It was a great experience, I was getting a nose piercing and I was really nervous!! The guy who did it for me informed me on every step right before he did anything, and although it is kinda pricey it's really safe and they do it well. Definitely worth the money! I'm super happy with my results.

Ronnie pierced my ears and the experience was perfect! She was very accurate with the piercing site and listened to what I wanted. This is the second time I've been here and they are VERY clean and careful as they sanitize everything they use and the area being serviced. (I've noticed this about them even pre-Covid ;) . So I decided to get my Nostril Piercing and upon entering the shop had the pleasure to speak with Felix. He helped me out and answered all my questions regarding tattoos and availability’s. Felix did my Nose Piercing he knows what he’s doing. Awesome dude

The guy that gave me my ear piercings was very clean in his procedure by opening a new sterile pack for the tools and equipment for the job. I also found it important that before actually physically piercing my ear he double checked with me that both of the spots he marked with a marker for accuracy were where I wanted them. Thank goodness he did so because one was off a few cm from the other and if he just did so without checking with me as well the job would have came out wrong.
He also didn’t seem bothered when I decided to change what kind of earring I was going to use but after he already began cleaning the first pair I chose and changed them for me. Greatly appreciated.
