Robert was so professional and knew what he was doing. I usually feel uncomfortable when getting a tattoo, but the environment was nice and clean and Robert the artist was confident on what he was doing and knew exactly what I wanted. Definitely coming back.

I’ve had over 4 tattoos done by Steve Ramos and each one somehow leaves me in more awe than the last.
-From the beginning process of explaining what I want and how he runs with each idea,
- How he makes me feel relaxed with either simple/dumb jokes to deep life conversations
-constantly checking to make sure I’m comfortable and patient (Im annoying when in pain)
-to the final touches and attention to detail in his art.
Highly recommend seeing Steve for any ideas you may have, you can really see his passion and love for what he does in his work.

My friends and I booked a group tattoo appointment with the shop with a week or more ahead of time and they chose the time for us to come in on our last day of our vacation. We arrived ahead of time and waited for our artists to arrive. The shop said it opened at 11:30am but the door was locked upon arrival. So we waited over 1.5 hrs past our appointment time. We received no text or call to let us know they were running late or canceling on us. Then later on we see that they posted they were working on other tattoos on their social media’s. We received no apology text or even a simply response to our multiple texts and phone calls. We would not have minded waiting if they had given us a heads up or reached out about being late. For all these reasons, we all felt this was unprofessional on their part and would NOT recommend.
