Robert was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when assisting me in replacing my Christina Piercing jewelry. He explained the differences between the gauge sizes to ensure I felt comfortable with my replacement piece. Definitely recommend and have found my new piercing spot.

Took my girls there for navel piercings. The shop was clean, the staff were friendly, easy to talk to, accommodating and made all of us feel very comfortable even though we showed up 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday, sorry guys!! They answered all questions and were very patient. Kirk who actually did the piercing was very kind, honest and talked them through every step. Needless to say both my girls couldn’t believe what a pleasant experience it was and how it didn’t even hurt them one bit. Smiles for days and constant staring at themselves in the mirror at their beautifully pierced belly buttons. Great experience, we will definitely be back!!

This place is so beyond nice. It’s so appealing to the eye and I didn’t wanna leave. There staff is so nice and personable. My nose piercing was quick and easy and barley hurt. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and plan on going back! Love love love this place!

Rob was my piercer. I expressed to him my concerns and problems with another tattoo shop and how they pierced me wrong also how i had a nickel allergy so i brought in my own piercing which was titanium. Rob gave me amazing feedback and addressed every concerned I had and even went as far as googling some more information and coming back to me with it. The piercing was quick and painless. I loved the turn out. He then instructed me on how to clean my piercing , answered all the questions I had, and even gave me a pamphlet with instructions just in case I forgot . Great customer service here and the establishment is also clean. Definitely coming back here for my industrial piercing soon ! Thanks Rob.

Mike hooked me up with such a dope tattoo took me in even though I didn't have an appointment and wanted a big tattoo. Amy and yami were so great as well.
