This place is THEE BEST!Rob is THEE BEST!!...I went there last night and just as I reached he was closing...but he asked me what I wanted and I told him and to my surprise he said he's gonna open back the shop and do it for me, which made me soo excited and pleased.
Fast forward...while preparing his tools he engaged in a friendly convo had us laughing like hell..and omg he was soo nice,it was my first tattoo and he made the experience soo amazing, he was gently and told me how to breath which helped alot...I'm definitely going back 😊😊😊😊shout out to Rob who did an amazing job that left me more than pleased.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced we were treated very bad it started by the guy then the lady got involved we got kicked out of the shop this place is by far the most, unprofessional ,rude,the shop it's nasty it smells bad, obnoxious place I've ever been to the worst customer service I've ever received,, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

My girlfriend and I came to Florida for our vacation and wanted to get tattoos for a Lifetime souvenir of our trip.. I got my last tattoo 14 years ago and the guy screwed it up bad so I have been extremely hesitant to get another one.. we searched by reviews and they had great reviews, we knew what tattoos we wanted and where we wanted them.. after 15 minutes of talking with them i was immediately comfortable, they were very polite, professional and personable, end result was the best tattoo I have ever gotten.. we both love our tattoos, I highly recommend born lucky tattoos if you want a tattoo that you will be proud to show off!!!

Went in there to ask general information and was not acknowledged for about 20 minutes, we saw about 3 employees walk around and no one greeted us. When asking the question the attitude was very negative. Looked at the work on pictures and it seems good quality but the service was far from desirable.

These people have terrible attitudes ... Its like they want your money but don't have the patience to answer your questions. I basically got denied a piercing cause I asked too many questions.. Whats wrong about wanting to be informed. Why the hell would you have a business if you don't know how to work with different people especially one that's based on something so personal . There's no such thing as a stupid question just a person who needs to be informed.

I REQUESTED A SIMPLE CIRCLE THE SIZE OF A QUARTER WITH 3 LETTER INSIDE OF IT WHEN MY TATTOO FINALLY HEALED IT WAS SO SLOPPY THAT THE NAME WAS UNRECOGNIZABLE IT'S BUNCHED UP TOGETHER I WENT BACK AND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY $50 FOR A TOUCH UP ON A TATTOO THAT THE FEMALE TATTOO ARTIST DIDN'T DO RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING SMDFH

I highly recommend this tattoo shop. I got a tongue piercing & a tattoo. They were very professional & polite. Rob did my tattoo, very nice. Made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back soon.
