Had my Nose Pierced by Jayme the night after my daughters were pierced. One septum and one helix. They were still laughing when they got home and I was so relieved because this Mom knew they were nervous. I loved how he used humor to diffuse them and let them ease through it. We all went back the next day with another daughter and they were right. Just the right amount of humor. Very clean. Always telling us what to expect so no surprises. We were laughing the whole time. Thank you for a great experience. I was not sure about it. I’ve hit it a thousand times, but it just keeps on staying put. No problems at all. Makes me want to try the helix. Forget piercing pagoda. Now know why it never worked when pierced from there. Thank you Jayme for explaining everything so well. We will be back. I’ll keep my tattoo artist here. The tattoo artist there (with the gauges) didn’t impress me with his girlfriend finishing his every sentence. She seemed a little young and very unprofessional while talking to new customers and her legs draped over his. Too big of an age difference honestly. Please tell me she is over 18. Something seemed off there. 🤷♀️ Anyway…not my circus, not my monkeys! We will come find you for our next piercing. We have recommended you also to a few people. Hope they have treated you well. 😀.

Our experience with jayme so incredible. My 9 year old had his ears pierced. Jayme was so patient, he walked him through every step so he understood what was going on. He helped pep talk him when he was scared and when he wasn't sure about the second one. His knowledge is good too! We'll be back next week!

I took my 16 year old daughter here for her belly button to be pierced for her birthday. The guy doing piercings was Jayme. All seemed great while we waited our turn until he finished with his customer and told us that he needed to get high before he pierced her. He walked around with a blunt in his hand with even other children in the lobby, and he then went out in front of hos business and started smoking a blunt with his tattoo artists, my 16 year old got way to scared for him to pierce her while he was stoned and we walked out. I have no issues with the man smoking. But do it on ur own time. Not when you are about to pierce a child🤦🏼♀️

Went in for a piercing for my self and my teen girls, Jayme was great! He kept the teenagers laughing although they were ready to flee in fear of it hurting 🤣. (Both girls confirmed the belly ring didn't hurt after the fact.) Shop was super clean and really all the staff in there at the time were super nice.

Best experience I've had at a tattoo shop hands down. The atmosphere is very good and the staff is super friendly. Shout out to Jayme who did my piercings. I got three piercings and barely felt anything. He's good at his craft. Definitely recommend this place.

Our son got his first tattoo here with Rico, who also did our ring finger tattoos. We reached out to set an appointment and send him the idea my son had for a design.
Rico did not disappoint! Amazing work!! Very laid back, sterile and professional environment! Will definitely continue to come back! While waiting, I decided to get my nose pierced as well by Jayme. He was very knowledgeable about what I was getting done and even explained to me the devices he was using! That was very much appreciated! Thank you to the artists over at Big City, we will be back!

My friend & I came in Sunday at noon for an appointment & the tattoo artist never showed (they no longer work there), the owner was very apologetic & everyone who worked there was awesome (specifically Justin & Jayme & the owner Muna). Justin ended up doing our tattoos & he absolutely crushed it! It was a great experience & we definitely will be going back.
