Katie is absolutely amazing! She’s so patient with me as I changed my mind 100 times about the earring I wanted. She’s so sweet and does an amazing job. I think she could tell I was nervous and was very calming!

I have been looking for a while for a quality tattoo shop to do a family based tattoo but needed help with design. I live in VA and haven’t had much success. Fortunately we own a place in Saint Augustine as well and why I was there recently I was looking for a shop to do this tattoo. By luck I found one right down the street from our place, Old Town Tattoo. I reached out by email and got a response back promptly and my experience only got better from there. Daaron, responded and asked if I wanted to come by the shop and talk about my ideas and get his. Well his ideas turned out being far better than mine and what I got was the best tattoo I have on my body and I have many. The whole experience was the best experience I’ve ever had in a tattoo shop. The shop is spotless and all the artists seem to get along very well, like a family. I’m moving down in August and I can assure you I’ll be back in the shop to see Daaron to finish what will now be a half sleeve. If you want quality work at a fair price in a clean shop, check Old Towne Tattoo, I highly recommend it.

Absolutely great experience. While on vacation my fiancé decided today was going to be her the day she got her first tattoo. She had known for years that it would be a Hummingbird in honor of her Mother. She worked with Daaron who was very helpful and patient. We will be back the next time we are down this way on vacation.

I had my appointment with Dom. He was super nice and easy to talk to. He did a fantastic job on my tattoo. The shop was very clean and the other staff was friendly too. Nice fish tank and flash on every inch of wall space definitely gave me something to look at during the process. I'm so glad my friend recommended the shop and Dom for my first tattoo- I definitely will be a regular.

My husband and I made an appointment and a deposit 208$ for a tattoo to be done at 12pm. Never informed that there were no refunds and no signs posted. Unfortunately my husband was sick and we weren’t able to make it. The business does not open until 12 so I then called and got no answer. I called back at 12:35 and spoke to multiple people. None of which seemed to be on the same page. Finally spoke to the final man that said no refunds. I explained my husband was sick in which he responded is he sick or hung over. I explained he was infant sick and I was a nurse and was taking care of him. I was told I could be refunded then placed on hold only for him to pick the phone back up and so unfortunately it’s not in our policy to refund you. If it is a policy you should have a sign posted stating so and should inform people before they pay. $208 is a lot of money and I was robbed.

Found the shop on Instagram and I’m so glad I did! Called the shop and was able to make an appointment with no hassle. Ryan went above and beyond with my tattoo! The staff are all respectful and professional, and the shop is clean and bright! Plenty of flash to check out too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great tattoo experience!

Old Towne was recommended to me through some friends and I'm so glad I checked it out! Zak did a really original reaper and a rose design on my arm and I get compliments constantly. He really takes his time and the atmosphere is very cool. I've heard nothing but great things about everybody there and I would recommend Old Towne to anybody who asks me!
