Maybe they were having a bad day. My girlfriend wanted her septum pierced, they were too busy to greet us for about 20 minutes. Ok. They finally spoke to us and estimated a 30 minute wait. Several other people walked in wanting various sizes of tattoos and were greeted more promptly... k. We waited outside (leaning against the front window in plain view) for a bit then came back in after 35 minutes. The customers who had come after were being seated. We waited another 15 minutes in the lobby without so much as a ‘hey, we’re backed up’ or anything. Just ignored. Went back outside for a cigarette, talked it over, went to Ms. Deborah’s and had a fantastic, prompt experience in a cleaner and calmer shop. They will definitely have my business for my next tattoo work- their flash looked awesome and the artists seemed very competent and friendly.
Edit: yea this was over a year and a half ago- not during the pandemic. But maybe things have changed.

I went to Sailor Cher's for two cartilage piercings after combing through all the Tattoo/Piercing shop reviews I could find in the St. Augustine area. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience stress-free and fun. Their prices were very reasonable and I really think I made the right choice. I met Sailor Cher many years ago and said when I was ready to get another tattoo I would go to her shop. I made an appointment with Ash to do a memorial piece of my son. She captured exactly what I wanted. The shop is so people friendly. Everyone is so pleasent and the art work is over the top.

Great atmosphere. Great artists all around. Welcoming, very creative. It's about great tattoos not money. Definitely going back. I got dizzy which has never happened and they were totally cool and understanding. They entire crew there ended up talking about when it's happened to them. Awesome people. Sailor Cher has been doing my piercings for years. Now she owns a tattoo studio and she has done several of my tattoos. Her daughter Erin is the piercer in the new studio and has done several piercings for me. They are both friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
I live about an hour away in Bunnell FL and it is worth it to pass up all of the tattoo studios between here and there just to see Sailor Cher and Erin. I am getting ready to leave right now for another tattoo masterpiece. Take my advice and go to Sailor Cher's for awesome tat's and great piercings.
