Rustic antiques mixed with artwork and artifacts from tattoo culture encompass the shop providing a workspace that is inviting for tattooers and clients alike. We specialize is refined American Traditional and Neo-traditional tattoos but are happy to tackle any style. We are primarily an appointment based studio but accept walk-ins when time permits. My boy swears by this place. He has had 4 tattoos done by Nick and there all extremely detailed and we'll done. Other then not being a fan of the black and grey he got Everytime there excellent. Highly recommend.

This is my go to shop in Tampa. My boyfriend and I have been worked on by every artist there and theyβre the nicest/most talented group of guys! Iβve had my full stomach and my boyfriend got his chest and head, we couldnβt recommend them more!

You wonβt be disappointed at Visionary Tattoo Co! I met Micaela (Cosmicaela) at the Tampa Tattoo convention. We talked about some ideas I had for future tattoos and set an appointment. I later changed the placement and a bit of the idea and she ran with it in amazing fashion. As I write this review, Micaela is working on my left leg. Super personable, and has a fanatic outlook on life and vision which really shows in her work.
The studio is spotless, easy to find and has awesome art on the walls for you to enjoy.

I received a tattoo from Andrew Ambrus @ Visionary Tattoo and it immediately got infected, I remember he mentioned he just finished his apprenticeship and has only been tattooing for maybe 3 months.. makes sense. Now I have a scarred up tattoo and I am terrified to ever get tattooed again. Do not go here.
