Randy is none other than a professional, creative ARTIST! Pay attention, this cat has some great specials. Finally, I've yet to see a piece of work from any of his artists that looks even close to ok. All their tats have great lines, brilliant colors AND THEY TAKE THE TIME to make sure your permanent stain is top notch.
