Beyond Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing

I got my first Friday the 13th tattoo with James! He was nice and friendly and relatable. My ghost Mickey is SUPER CUTE!! This was my second time at this shop! The staff is friendly and professional. Pam had things nice and organized for this mornings business! Don't forget to tip her too! 😀

I came in today for a Harry Potter tattoo and James completely gave me everything I wanted in my tattoo and more for a great price! James is an amazing artist who also has great customer service! It was a great experience overall. I love my new ink so much and will definitely return for future work! Highly recommended!!

Pam is by far the best piercing experience that I've ever had! She was very knowledgeable about what to expect, and I felt so comfortable with her! Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for their next piercing... She was so fun and made me feel at ease the entire time.

I can not recommend this place enough. The staff was fantastic and the quality of service was outstanding. Butters and a man who's name I forgot (tall and bald gentleman) helped my girlfriend with a septum piercing. The man talked her though the process and made the whole thing light hearted and enjoyable. He also made the aftercare simple and easy to understand. We had an issue with the jewelry and had to replace it but Butters made that painless too. She even offered us advice on our upcoming trip to New York. 6/5 stars.

Fun, friendly staff, all of which are very professional. Sarah did my tattoo and she was fantastic 100%. She captured the idea I wanted perfectly and then some. The pricing was great too. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely come here to get another tattoo!!

Amazing shop with incredibly talented artists. I've gotten three tattoos at Beyond ink and it's some of the best work I've seen. Clean, friendly atmosphere, everything you want in a shop. James is my artist, but they all are incredibly talented at what they do.

James was amazing with my tattoo and piercing the same day. He recreated my boyfriends tattoo as well and we are both very pleased. I went back to him for 4 more tattoos and I love the fact that if I give him a picture he makes it a little different to be a personalized tattoo. James you are awesome! I will definitely be returning for the rest of my sleeve!

Emailed a Very detailed description of the tattoos we wanted including pictures and a written description of ink color, placement etc. and was very specific. We had originally wanted a different artist but was told James was one of the best and had an opening. So we figured no problem. He was friendly and all but I don't think he even read our email. Did not have the colors we wanted and were told he could make the one a bit darker but didn't have the time to be mixing ink...we had an appointment, how do you not have time? We were told the placement we wanted we wouldn't be happy with so that got changed as well. We were also quoted 70 each and it ended up being 80 each no really a big deal except he tried to convince us not to fill in as well but we stood firm on that, we should have stood firm on all of it. What was the problem if we gave such a detailed description of what We wanted in actually giving us what we asked for instead of what you thought was best! We were so excited to finally get our family tattoo but with where its placed I can't even see it without bending my arm up and again it's not what we had said we wanted, what we put thought into.

I got my tattoo done by Joel -- he's super friendly, very easy to talk to and did an incredible job on my tattoo. His lines are super straight, clean, his hand was soft and steady, my tattoo had a lot of small lines and details but he still managed to ink them all perfectly. I felt comfortable working with him and will definitely be back to see him when I want something else done. If you're looking for a super down to earth, personable and skilled artist see Joel you won't regret it! ~

Went on a whim with my sisters and I wasn’t disappointed at all! James was awesome, cracking jokes and sharing stories the whole time, he really made it feel like a personal and exciting time! I was pierced after my sisters tatto, and any doubt I’d had previously was completely gone when I sat with him. Completely professional and honest about anything we asked, everything was spotless and clean enough to eat off of (if the shop allowed food, that is). I plan on being back ASAP to see him for my future tattoos and piercings. JAMES, thank you again! So amazing!
