Dane was amazing. It was my first tattoo experience and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The place was nice and very clean. I would definitely come back, if I decide to go with my 2nd tattoo someday, and I highly recommend this place!

I've gotten my nose pierced 3 separate occasions; once in Macon, once in Tennessee, and once just recently at Mama Tried. Out of all of my experiences, Mama Tried has been by far the best. He was well educated, ready to answer any of my questions, and the visit was by appointment. Once I got into the room, he gloved and used a small ring to make sure it was a good place. He was very calm and talked me through the piercing; he pierced the perfect place! My previous piercings were on the opposite side and too far down. I've only had the new one for one day and it doesn't even hurt anymore. I would recommend Mama Tried for any of your piercing needs.

All of my experiences at Mama Tried were fantastic. In getting both tattooed and pierced, I was treated with warmth and professionalism. Those providing the services were sure to ask questions and make sure I was comfortable and got the body art that I was looking for. The ambiance is clean and cozy. They're clearly educated and kind people who love what they do!

I tried to set an appointment for a tattoo at this place and we set a date and time; so I thought we were good. Next thing I know, I show up and no one is there. I tried contacting via Facebook, email... even called many times. I waited and got no reply! Very unprofessional and will not be trying this place in the future. I’m glad this happened because at least I can take my money somewhere else for better quality
