Got my first lobe holes re-opened and three additional ear piercings done, so far! Everyone I have met is patient, kind, and so gentle. They really take the time to make sure you're happy with your placement, jewelry, and you're given very thorough aftercare instructions. Shop is open, cheery, and (most importantly) sanitary. Whether it's your first piercing ever, or your 20th, I definitely recommend them!
