I think they are the cleanest tattoo shop in Augusta, always professional, and care about what the customer thinks. They will tell you straight up what works and what won't. They aren't going to just take your dollar and do a screwed tat, they will tell you the truth and I appreciate that. I have been going there for over 10+ years and Jillian Casey is the best artist around. Great quality work for an awesome price. You totally get what you pay for there!

I went on February 5th and wanted to get my first tattoo for my 19th birthday. I walked in and Jillian greeted me pleasantly and respectively. I immediately felt welcomed. I showed her what I wanted to get done, and she took my idea and exceeded my expectations! I came back on May 22, and got it shaded and I am absolutely in love with my tattoo! I will definitely be returning!

If I could put no stars then I would. Derrick did a tattoo for me and it came out terrible(he even agreed). He told me to come back in when it's fully healed and he will fix it. I came in and he wants to charge me to fix his mistake. He doesn't stand by his work and the quality of it is very bad. I will never do business with them again. The lady that works there(sorry forgot her name) has done 2 tattoos for me and did a great job. She had to do some touch up work for me and didn't charge. I should have went back to her for my next one but she wasn't there so I went with Derrick(very bad desicion on my part). Also, I went back to Derrick(before one tattoo was fully healed) to get another one done in a different spot and he doubled the price of the original quote he gave me. I didn't get the work done with him because of him doubling the price but went back so he can fix his mistake and that's when he tried to charge me again. Now, I get all my work done with Keith at Allegiance Ink. Allegiance Ink offers great customer service, great prices and quality work.

Best tattoo shop ever! I'd drive how ever many hours just to see these artists again! Jillian was very quick and respectfully nice and Derek was a really nice as well and amazing! You can walk in and get an estimated time and your tattoo the same day. Awesome, thanks guys for your wonderful service! :)

Darick is an awesome tattoo artist. He loves his craft and he is always looking out for his customers. Darick also gives his customers advice before working on the tattoo. Me and my family love Fine Lines and will continue to use them for our tattoos in the future.

Jill is such an amazing artist!! I've been to her for all of my tattoos, all of my friends go to her, and I will never see another artist as long as she is in the business!! All her artwork comes out crisp, clean and look great after healing! She is an original artist that loves what she does, and works with you to envision exactly what you want. The shop is immaculate, and was the forerunner in getting tattoo shops licensed in the Augusta area. I trust that both my skin and my health are in good hands when I walk in.

I was a tattoo virgin who went to Fine Lines West to get my first ink done. From my vague description of what I wanted, tattoo artist Jillian Casey was able to work up a perfect design, and she talked me through the tattooing process and made me feel at ease. I was so happy with the finished result and the overall experience that I asked her to sketch up an expansion of the original design, and I'm excited to get that done. Immaculate shop, and a very, very fair value for the amount of talent and effort a dedicated artist like Jillian puts into her work. Highly recommended.

I have used this shop for all but 1 of my tattoos over the past 15 years. I have had many types done from cover-ups (for the one tattoo not received here) to lettering to partial concepts I'd been working on. They are great both Jillian and Derrick do excellent work! All you need is a partial idea or some idea of what you want your subject to be and they will design something that you will love, also if there is something you are not sure about they don't take it personal and will make the change. I read an earlier review giving them one star apparently for inconsistent pricing but tattooing is not an exact science they do hundreds of tattoos a month, How can you expect them to remember how much they charged? From what I read the difference really only worked out to about a $20 difference. Well worth the money!! Very clean and in a good location. I suggest asking to see Jillian's sketchbook skills!

I have wanted this tattoo since I was 12 years old. I was terrified to get my first tattoo but finally decided to suck it up and go. I went to Fine Lines West on recommendation of a friend and was very please! Jillian was a great artist. She made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She also answered my 1,000s of questions with great information and explications. I will definitely be going back to get my others!

My husband and I went for our one year anniversary to get couples tattoos. It was his first tattoo!! We had an appointment, we were in and out in under an hour, it was a great experience for us both!! We will definitely return for any future ink!!
