My friend and I went in yesterday to get piercings. We chose this shop due to their outstanding reputation of cleanliness, professionalism, and quality work and we were not the least bit disappointed. Jasper was awesome and took great care of both of us. He was patient and helpful as we picked out jewelry, answered all our questions, and really put us at ease from start to finish. His many years' experience with piercing is evident in his work as the process could not have gone more smoothly. Our three total piercings are perfection! I got my left helix and right lobe. My friend got a left helix and loves hers as well. I will definitely recommend Jasper to anyone I know who wants piercings.
We arrived at the shop shortly after they opened at 2pm on Sunday. They were already pretty busy, so we had a short wait. When you go, you need to be prepared for this. We saw many more customers come in the shop after us who were all willing to wait. Keep in mind they are that busy due to their excellent reputation.

Kyla is hands down the best piercer I have gone to since I have started getting piercings. Just went back to her today to get my daith and philtrum (or medusa, whatever you want to call it) pierced. As usual, the process was smooth and she was very thorough about aftercare and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend her to anyone getting pierced!

Kyla did my belly button piercing and she was amazing!! Sheās super sweet and laid back she guided me through all the steps and let me know everything about the after care! My mom got a tattoo while I was getting my belly button pierced, and Scotty did an amazing job as well! Heās super chill and funny. I totally recommend going here!

I went to Kyla to get my septum pierced. She is amazing! I've had over 30 piercings and she is by far one of the very best piercers I've ever had. Shes light handed and very steady with her hands. I hardly felt the needle or the change out for the jewelry. I would 10000% recommend her to anyone looking to get pierced. I will be going back for more piercings!

Went to repurchase cartilage jewelry and I already knew what I wanted, but Mackenzie would not sell it to me because she felt āuncomfortableā. Even after telling her my hole was closing and I didnāt need her to pierce me I just needed her to sell me the same jewelry, so my hole wouldnāt close she still refused. All she had to do was sell me the same jewelry I already had in my left ear for my right ear. You Should NOT be working at the shop if you canāt even SELL THE JEWELRY TO CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! NO HELP AT ALL FROM HER. BESIDES THAT Jill is awesome!

Previously had piercings here and came back for new jewelry. While we were waiting my boyfriend called. He asked where I was and I said the tattoo shop. He jokingly said āUh huh out getting tattoos without meā to which I replied āNo Iām just trying to get some earringsā and it was then that the piercer decided to pop into my conversation and aggressively say āI am ONE personā. So we left. After a significant wait and probably being next in line but oh well. Before I get a āwe didnāt know thatā or something else from the owner of course you didnāt know what was being said on the other line, it wasnāt your conversation. Loved yāall the first time around but to leave people waiting because you donāt know how to sell jewelry and other people waiting on a tattoo while an artist and the front desk person just dip to go smoke before even speaking to them is a bit much.
