I've used bigtime in the past but I went in yesterday and the front desk acted like I wasn't there and the artist never got back to me I felt like I was just a inconvenience. I will never go back and never recommend bigtime again.

I actually saw Caitlyn McDowell for a Brazillian Wax. She was the most polite young lady I've ever encountered for any kind of services. She went above and beyond to ensure that I knew what she would be doing as she did it I was a little nervous since it was my first time doing it. But because of her patience and personality I will definitely go back and I will highly recommend her.

Went to get my nostril pierced with my younger sister. They were a little nonchalant to begin with. Filled out forms to authorize services and shift liability. Standard. There was no wait. Went to the back and the piercer was nice and gentle. She explained the process and did it very quickly and it was not as painful as we had thought. Very happy with the service. Gave us instructions to care for them and had cleanser on hand to purchase. Overall, good experience, fair pricing ($40), clean and nice work!
