"The Marked Society is a full service tattoo & piercing studio owned and operated by Grant Loveless and Andy Cagle. Grant and Andy became friends over 20 years ago being both family men, born and raised in Georgia. Grant worked in various warehouse jobs before opening his first tattoo studio in Conyers, where Andy worked as an artist. Andy served in the USMC for seven years and started tattooing shortly after being honorably discharged. Together, these two own and operate the Marked Society."

OH MY GOSH!! I love this place. Dex and all the other staff are so friendly and patient with this clients. It is amazing at the work Dex does. Attached is a photo of my hubby's tattoo by Dex. In this photo it isn't 100% done but you cam see the detail in the art work. I am super excited to be getting my first one done by Dex.
Lauren pierced my ears a second time for me yesterday and it didn't hurt like Walmart did. I will never go back to a place that isn't professional like Lauren is. She done a great job. When I had asked about getting my ears done again, told her where I wanted them and she was so polite, and honest, and didn't try to blow smoke saying she could do it when she wasn't ready to do where I wanted them. She done GREAT!!! Thank You Lauren.
I can't say enough GREAT things about this business! The vibe in the shop is amazing. If you are looking for an amazing place to get your tattoo and or piercings done this is your shop!!

Dex, My tattoo artist at the Marked Society 2 in Locust Grove is the BEST. He is courteous, patient and most of all a Perfectionist. He’s done three awesome tattoos for me. Each one is Great. The detail is stupendous. Go by the shop and ask for Dex. One of the owners named Andy and the staff is very friendly.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve been there now for two 7+ hour tattoo sessions with Dex and a belly piercing by Lauren. The place is very clean and chill and everyone is SO nice. I’ve been to several tattoo/piercing shops and none of them compare to MS. I drive a little ways to get there and it’s totally worth it. Won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend The Marked Society for all your tattoo and piercing needs!

Went here to get my belly pierced and let's just say it was an awful experience! I got my piercing a couple of months ago within the first 2 weeks my belly piercing started to sink into my skin I then called to see if I could get a longer piercing or suggestions….no help (I was also told to clean it with dial soap) that wasn’t right! After I was told they couldn’t help I called the original marked society located in McDonough they were happy to help and I got a longer piece of jewelry along with a brochure telling me my cleaning procedures what’s normal and what’s not and when’s the next time I could get a new jewelry! Fast forward to today my belly piercing came out I rushed to Karmic tattoo where I was told that whoever did my piercing took way too much skin and that it wasn’t right…which makes sense why my piercing is taking a bit longer to heal. Im assuming that whoever did my piercing never did one before and or is very new and I was the “test dummy” I say this because when I finished getting pierced I walked to the front counter made my payment and was about to walkout when the older man told the boy to tell me my cleaning procedure. He also didn’t seem to confident in what he was saying since I believed this to be a certified piercer. I have now decided to make the decision to take my piercing out and let it heal on its own.
