i called to set up an appointment for a tattoo and the person who answered the phone was very rude and was continuously laughing at everyrhing i said. theres great artists here and was set on getting my first tattoo here but decided not to just by the person who answered the phone. i really wish things could have been different as they did all of my grandmothers tattoos and i really wanted to get a memorial for my grandmother from them.

Ms.Terri is the best, she is really cool and makes you feel comfortable. The shop is super clean, smells good and very pleasant overall. The people are very nice and treat you like one of the family!
