Artistic Edge Tattoo & Piercing Studio

My wife and I had an appointment with Santiago last Saturday to get our first tattoos. The shop was extremely clean, we were both very comfortable in the shop, all staff members were nice, the tattoos we got are looking great so far, and Santiago was very helpful getting us through all the "first tattoo questions" that we threw at him. As other people say in their reviews, yes they are expensive. In their defense- who wants a cheap tattoo from a dirty shop? You get what you pay for and this shop has my business in the future for any work I decide to get done.

Went here to get my industrial piercing done. I can't imagine having a better experience. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first piercing experience and I have say that Matt was amazing! He explained everything very well before doing anything and was great through the whole process. I'd definitly recommend anyone looking for a piercing to go here!

The young man that does the piercing was very professional and also genuinely a nice guy. He sanitized more than usual which was very comforting to know how clean everything was. I would recommend anyone who wants piercing to go here. Thank you for a great job!

I got my septum pierced here yesterday by Matt. He was so kind and professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His little office space was covered in cool art and the vibes in there were so soothing. He tells you exactly what he’s gonna do before he does it. Out of everyone in the store, he was the only one wearing a face mask, which is essential during a global pandemic. During the procedure, he had me lay back in this comfy leather chair and had me breathe in and out as he put the needle through. It barely hurt at all! It felt similar to the pain/pressure that you feel when you get a bunch of chlorine water up your nose. He gave me detailed instructions on aftercare and cleaning it and even offered a FREE check-up consultation one month after the piercing. I’m so grateful that I got this here! As a first time visitor, I must say... this experience was disheartening. Customer service must be approved upon. Not only was the service of low quality, but the artist himself (Ethan) was not friendly. Seemingly, he did not to want to assist me and gave the impression that he did not want to be at work. He continuously talked to other customers while I stood there waiting patiently for his attention. This, of course, is bad customer service. I had heard such great things, but I will look elsewhere to get my tattoo.

THE BEST in Georgia hands down! The shop is clean and modern and doesn’t play ear drum busting music the whole time which is nice when you’re a WHIMP like me and need to focus during your sessions. My artist is Josh Schuver who I can’t say enough great things about. He is worth every penny and MORE!!! Then there is Cody who provides you with homemade muffins while you’re there, felt like I was visiting my grandma. He’s a gem! If you’re looking for original artwork and top notch tattooing THIS is the place for you. Love them So much!!

I got a piercing here and they were amazing! The people were very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Matt made sure I knew everything that was happening and how to care for the piercing after. It was also very sterile. I will definitely go back for any future piercings!

I came to Matt to get my nose pierced and he did a fantastic job!! Before the piercing, he explained everything about picking jewelry and helped me figure out what was best. He was very focused on maintaining a clean environment and making sure I knew exactly what was going on. Thank you, Matt! I highly recommend this place!
