COURTNEY pierced my flat today, and it was an excellent experience. From start to finish everyone was professional and courteous. Courtney explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent and clear instructions. She is experienced, and performed the service with complete confidence, and I would absolutely go to her again. Thanks Courtney!

100% of my tattoos are done by Aubry… There is not another artist I have tried that understands my design, wants, needs and accomplishes that to the fullest. This shop has such a comforting and inviting aura that makes going under the needle exciting. The quality and the experience are unmatchable! Aubry knows how to make it fun, exciting, and I know that every tattoo I bring to her she nails the hammer to the head. The artistry behind the details in my tattoos catches everyone’s eyes and there is not one she has done that I have not loved. 10/10 recommend this shop (and especially Aubry :)). Dont walk RUNNN and book your appointment with her TODAY!!!!!

I will never go to anyone besides Courtney for piercing! She has helped me over the past few years with new piercings as well as taking out a poorly done nose piercing and helping me get it where I wanted originally. She has a beautiful selection of jewelry and is so so helpful with any questions I’ve ever had. Think I would trust her with my life

I cannot say enough good things about Aubry!!! She is the BEST artist I have ever been to, not only in an artistic way, but personality, professionalism, all of the above. Her lines are so precise, and her work comes out perfect every single time. I have gotten four tattoos done by her since I discovered this shop just a few months ago and I will never let anyone else tattoo me. She is the type of artist that you would be willing to travel for, that's how good she is. If you are hesitant on an artist or a shop, please do yourself a favor and go here and get Aubry!!! You'll never want to go anywhere else.

I walked in today and had my navel pierced by the lovely Courtney. She was very kind and knew everything about piercings. She explained everything she was doing before and as she did it. The pain was minimal, she coached my breathing as she did the procedure and I think that’s what made it so smooth. Courtney definitely kept it real when it came to explaining the after care and really educated me on what comes next. Nothing like getting pierced by an expert that has the confidence to gain your trust. I got what I payed for and a great experience too. Thank you to all your awesome staff and to you Courtney! I love it and I feel beautiful.

I came in here a few weeks ago and got a beautiful moon tattoo from Nicole and the whole experience was great! The shop was very clean and everyone was so welcoming. Nicole did an awesome job on my tattoo and she made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back in the future.

Such a great first tattoo experience. From the minute you walk into the shop, you feel comfortable. Everyone was the perfect mixture of professional and friendly. Aubrey, my artist, was wonderful. I got a pretty small and quick tattoo and I felt she treated it with the same care and attention as something intricate. I hope anyone seeing this review doesn't hesitate to use this studio.

Got my first tattoo here by Di & had a great experience! She was very professional & answered all of my questions thoroughly. At the consultation, I knew the theme of what I wanted but not the exact thing that I wanted tattooed. She listened patiently, gave me her opinions on what she thought would & wouldn’t work, and came up with a rough draft on the spot. If you get an original piece, you come in the day of your appointment to see the final design and if you want to make any changes, it happens then.
Fast forward to the day of: I had emailed Di a few pictures beforehand and she had no issue tweaking the design to exactly what I wanted, doing so quickly. I’m really proud of my piece! It’s awesome & meaningful to me.
Overall, the studio was clean and modern. I’d heard that some studios only accept cash but Empyrean also accepts card payments. The only thing I could critique is front desk service. It’s hit or miss depending on who you talk to.

Can't say enough good things about this shop and their piercer, Courtney. I've been in doctor's office with fewer Covid protocols, they are SO clean, SO careful, so kind and reasonably priced. I went in to get an additional earlobe piercing and am thrilled that I decided on Empyrean, and will definitely be back when I need more, which, thanks to the awesome first visit, will probably be sooner than later!
