My mom and I walked into the shop and talked to Doug about each getting a tattoo. He was super professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. We communicated through text to come up with a design for each of us. After that, we were able to book an appointment for three weeks later. The day of the appointment came and he was very reassuring and kind. He did absolutely phenomenal work and we were incredibly impressed. Thanks Doug!

Doug is incredible, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. Even though he typically does more traditional work he absolutely killed it with this tattoo β especially given that itβs covering up some old scars. He was communicative about the design and worked hard to make sure it captured my vision for it. 5 stars isnβt enough.

Cannot recommend these folks highly enough! I worked with them over two years to complete these pieces and always experienced the highest professionalism, care and integrity. Iβve seen Kristin, Doug, and Matt all turn out remarkable pieces- truly wonderful artists and kind people, all of them. I worked with Kristin on this piece and was blown away by her technical skill, uses of color, and interpretation of my idea/concept. The shop was always immaculately clean, bright, and a comfortable atmosphere with good music playing. I felt safe always, and felt especially in good hands with their COVID-19 protocols on my last session. 10/10 will return for more. π€

Absolutely LOVED the whole experience! The staff (Matt specifically) was super professional, conscientious, and friendly. I got a cover up done that turned out even better than I had ever imagined and Iβm absolutely in love with my tattoo now! The shop was also very clean and welcoming... Had appointment with Doug, 6 hours on the chair and he really tied up a sleeve for me, awesome work and great detail especially with two older tattoos involved. Looking forward to my next appointment with him in two weeks!

Out of fairness to the negative tone of my review - this is just my opinion. I read the many positive reviews given for this business and the artists that work there.
I paid $100 for the work done on my 2 hands - my last names and dates MM-DD-YY. The artist that did my ink was good and fast as it was just lettering.
My thought and experience - artists usually check out each others work and hype out the artist doing the work so their customers feed off the awesome vibes in the shop.
Didn't get that vibe here. The shop itself is nice. The artists portfolios are awesome. But working the floor, promoting each others works, positive atmosphere would definitely improve a customers experience.
