Javier at High Power Tattoo is THE BEST! He has done all of my tattoos, and I keep going back for more. The studio is clean and the shops permits are in full view for the customer. The atmosphere is always comfortable, and there's also really cool merch to purchase. You should definitely check them out for your next tattoo!
