"Our mission is to provide clients with a 5 star experience with aloha and a clean and sterile environment for the comfort and safety of all. ~ All services by appointment only. ~ Clients MUST be **18** with valid ID, no exceptions. Mahalo for your understanding and not asking for an exception. ~ An in person consultation (no charge) is required first. Then a quote is provided and a $50 non refundable deposit is collected prior to the artist booking a tattoo appointment. ~ Shop minimum is $100 ~ Hourly shop rate is $150"

My husband and I are visiting Kauai for our honeymoon and decided last minute we wanted to try to get tattoos before our vacation was over. Mario took us as a walk-in and did an amazing job!! We were so impressed with his work!! (Our tattoos turned out better than the photos we brought) He was very polite and professional. The shop was clean and a lovely relaxing environment. If we were local we would definitely make this our regular ink spot!!

So awesome! Booked two hours before opening and Moon Lake squeezed me and my sister in last second and gave us matching tattoos the day before our flight home ! They are a little bit off the beaten path, but the art is superb and the staff is extremely friendly. I got a tattoo from Mario, who did a really awesome job of bringing the concept of my tattoo to life, all in a timely manner right becore leaving for the airport.

I can’t say enough about this place and what a great experience my brother, sister in law (first time getting a tattoo) and myself had. Mario and Moon are amazing artists and made us all feel so comfortable. Besides being a clean and welcoming place, they were fun to talk too from start to finish. Highly recommend Moon Lake and his staff. Amazing work. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Kuaui. My friends mom was a first timer he was great with her. My wife and a buddy of mine are going day after tomorrow for theirs. So if you're in Kuaui,Hawaii and want ink give Moon a call. He is busy so keep that in mind when booking
