Simon was extremely rude and overstepped his boundaries. He was not willing to listen to my design idea and/or why I wanted it. He told me I would regret the tattoo and that what I wanted is just a “fad”, when the tattoo was to represent my mother. Overall a hurtful experience, I will not be back nor recommend it to anyone.

Simon is the best poly tattoo artist in the valley! He takes great care in your vision of what you want and translates it onto your body. His work is fast and clean.

All of my family love Jen & Simon and the work they do so I decided to get my first tattoo with them. I was set on getting my tattoo on the day of my 18th birthday and unfortunately Jen was booked. She referred me to Greg, and assured me that he does great work.
I went in and gave him a copy of an already designed tattoo and paid the $60 deposit for the appointment. However, it being my first time & considering how excited I was, I forgot to ask for an estimate.
When I went in for the actual appointment I was rushed into the chair and barely spoken to.
I was getting a thigh tattoo, that to the public, looks like a simple tribal. It was about the size of an average males hand and all black. During the entire process, Greg didn't speak unless he was asked a question. He didn't try to build any kind of rapport or even just simply entertain/appease his client. He just did the tattoo as fast as he could and with as little communication as possible. I felt like a burden the entire time & when all was done, I ended up paying a total of $290 for basic, bolded, black lines. Nothing during the experience was super terrible & if I had enjoyed the company of the person giving me the tattoo then the rest would have been minor issues.
However I feel like a tattoo is more than just the art itself and it's also the experience you have and the people you meet. At the end of the day, I paid $290 for a great tattoo but an experience that flashed before my eyes and that was as equally unejoyable as the company of the artist.
My next 3 tattoos put together were the same price as my first & I love each of them more than my first. I expect a little more than just, "get you in, get it done, & get you out", so I won't be going back.

Janea was nice but I choice have gotten the same piercing for 18 dollars less. She doesn't cut deals for more then 2 items being pieced at a time. I little disappointed. She can highly reconmended. I'll stay with ikon tattoo.

Amazing experience and probably the cleanist tattoo shop I have ever stepped foot in. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere is very clam and relaxing makes getting a tattoo the pleasent experience that it should be. The work is also very very good i am so pleased with what my husband and I both got today.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst costumer service from Reed when I was just trying to find out prices. If he can't even talk to people correctly it's hard to believe that he can even tattoo correctly also.

I could not recommend this place enough! Very nice, very clean, and very quick. I just got my nose pierced and there is no soreness or swelling. 6/5 stars

The tattoo I got came out amazing I love the tattoo alot it's great clean and perfect im gunna come in and get another one
