Best tattoo experience I have had so far. Travis and Sean took such good care of me. Travis squeezed me in and hooked me up. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Duh, there's a waiting list. Worth the wait.

It was a great experience! I had set up an appointment ahead of time so I was able to come in although I did have to wait a bit once Travis was ready we went right to it! He gave me some advice before we started that was helpful! Also it didnt take as long as I thought to do the piece it seemed like no time at all! The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was pleasant I would definitely go back to them again!

Erin Ruiz is so amazing! She has been doing my tattoos for years! She is gentle and very polite. My tattoos heal beautifully. She is the best artist of you love fine detail in your body art. Will be booking again soon!

I got my first tattoo at Black cat and I love it. The environment was great, everyone was friendly and communicated well. Travis Campion did my tattoo. He was careful to make sure I liked it and that it was in the right spot/straight. I felt comfortable, safe, and enjoyed the whole experience. I find it difficult to accurately compare this shop to anywhere else, as it's pretty much the only one I've been in. However, I can tell you that after 11 sessions (more yet to go) of working on a full arm sleeve that I would never go anywhere else. The three artists are 100% professional, kind, and amazingly skilled. They came highly recommended to me, and for good reason. The work I have gotten is SUPER sharp, INCREDIBLY detailed, has healed PERFECTLY everytime, and is unlike any other work I've seen. DO NOT walk into this shop hoping to get a tattoo the next day, the next week, and in many cases the month. They are often booked out for months, especially for custom work. This is a good thing. I waited 5 months before finally getting started. I wouldn't change a thing.

Black Cat Tattoo was absolutely amazing! They are very professional. I had travis as me artist, this was my first tattoo so he made sure that I was very comfortable with my decision. We planned everything out since I am a very detailed person. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend these guys.

Came down from Washington state for vacation stopped in the shop and spoke to Sean showed him what we were looking for, he drew up exactly what we wanted. Answered all our questions professionally and honestly. Very clean laid back atmosphere He was able to squeeze us in and so both of our tattoos, and they turned out amazingly. Come see Sean if you are looking for your next tattoo. I will be driving the 8 hours again for my next one.

I cannot recommend Black Cat Tattoo enough. Sean was professional, super nice, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft. Not only was he incredibly flexible to accommodate my schedule, he did an excellent job on the sibling tattoos my brother and I got which were essentially all line work. Sean also touched up a tattoo I had gotten earlier this summer from a shop in Virginia that didn't quite look the way I wanted. All in all, Sean is great, the shop is great. I will be traveling from Virginia to Boise the next time I'm itching for some ink.
