An Angel's Touch Tattoo

This was not a great experience I understand not wanting to tattoo something someone else has so I was willing to move around a little on how I wanted my tattoo, I however was not willing to put my tattoo upside down (how everyone else sees it versus how I see it) I wanted it so I could see the tattoo and after 20 minutes of him trying to convince me that I’ll regret getting my tattoo upside down he legitimately refused to tattoo it how I wanted it tattooed.. I get you have a lot of experience with tattoos and people regretting them or whatever but I have 1 other “upside down” tattoo and I love it.. I was so excited to get this tattoo done and then after leaving this place I was crying. I’ve never had an experience like this at a tattoo parlor in my LIFE! One of the MOST important things I’ve learned about tattoos is if they literally won’t tattoo it how you want go somewhere else because there is thousands of places that will.

Horrible experience! I should’ve run out of the place when I first walked in. But I wanted to try to support local. I asked about getting a tattoo and he said well I only tattoo the serious. I explained I’m serious about getting my first tattoo. It was at this point that I caught the arrogant pompous attitude. I thought to myself perhaps it’s just me and went ahead and booked a session. Put down $60. I then talk to some folks that I’ve gotten tattoos by both him and others and they told me that I would not be happy with him as a first experience. I asked them if it was because of his pompous attitude and they said absolutely it is. You won’t get what you want you’ll only get what he wants to do. I emailed saying that I was canceling the appointment and would like my $60 deposit back. This was six weeks before the appointment. Unfortunately still waiting for my money back. I don’t think he’s going to and give me the refund—his reply was that that is the cost of holding a spot on my calendar. Pompous. Arrogant and if you’re a first time tattoo I would not suggest going here.

I had the best experience, I am so glad I was able to get in! Angel did such an incredible job, it makes my other tattoos look mediocre 🤣. He did a cover up for me, and it couldn't be more perfect. I cant wait to be back!

Went in to get my nose pierced at 3:30 today, but he told us that the piercer wouldn't be in until 5:30. Showed up at 5:35 and nobody was there or answering the phone. Absolutely horrible service, and this isn't the first time this same thing has happened. Will not be going back.

I would highly recommend getting your tattoos from Angel. His work is amazing and beautiful. He takes the time to make sure your tattoo is what you want and lets you know how your tattoo is going to look. Honest tattoo artist. Wouldn't go to anyone else but him to do my tattoos.

Poor customer service. Called to schedule a nose piercing appointment, they said they could do it to just call in before we headed in. We called 3 times and the line was busy and so we went in just so that they can tell us that the "only" piercer in the shop could not do the piercing because she was baby sitting and told us to return "at any time tomorrow." Minors aren't allowed in a tattoo shop and the girl came out bare foot (YUCK). We called today and they said that "it wont work, until 5pm." Will definitely not be returning, a total waste of TIME!!!

So impressed! Super clean shop, prompt, professional, Angel did an outstanding job on 2 tattoos I had done. I absolutely will recommend him to others and I will be back! He is totally worth the drive to Fruitland!! Thanks so much!

Went in for piercings. Lady was nice and allowed us to do a walk-in but used wrong gauge of needle and now its very hard to find jewelry. Asked other shops for advice and found out the type of piercing it was can only be corrected by letting it heal than having it re-pierced which my wife will not do. FYI nipple piercings are standard sized 14 gauge this shop does 16 gauge.

Angel has done all my tattoos and I am really pleased! It has not been easy doing them on my old arms! Results always great

I went in to have a piercing traded out for an MRI I’m having done and after being told on the phone they could trade them out, I got there they said they couldn’t do it because of the insurance they carry. Which I understand, but thats why customers sign waivers. The situation was handled very poorly and I was treated rudely.
