Casper's attention to detail is stunning, and his talents shine brightest when you let him go wild. I came to him with a pretty vague, open-ended idea for a tattoo and he was able to combine everything I wanted into a simple, effective design with INCREDIBLE color. Absolutely love the finished product, and I will be returning to him again and again.
