Cassandra treated us like family when we went to see her for my wife's appointment just a few hours ago. She was really down to earth and does fantastic custom artwork. She had no problem resizing and flipping contour images on an iPad, just so my wife can get her perfect placement. We can't wait to go back :) She already invited us for more work later on upon discussion via social media. If you happen to be in Batavia, go see Cassie and see what she can do for you. Such horrible service. I'm legitimately mad right now. I called in yesterday to set up a time to get my tattoo and the lady said that any time before 3pm would be great, so maybe 2pm. I said ok yeah, 2pm sounds good. I come in the next day, the lady at the front desk tells me I'm not even on the calender and the guy is busy the whole day. So now I have to wait even longer for my next appointment....
