The piercer is extremely helpful and sweet. I haven't gotten a piercing from here yet but she'll be the first I go to the next time I want one. She helped me with my nose piercing bump and changed the jewelry for me and the bump went away the next day after listening to her advice. I would definitely recommend coming to her if you're looking for a good piercing experience.

Stephanie did my conch piercing. She explained the process clearly, and also made sure I understood the pain level and healing time of this type of piercing. She is really fun to talk to and personable. The shop is very clean and everyone is super nice. Will call Stephanie in the future for sure!

I got a septum piercing 1 week ago done by Steph and she was so sweet and funny. She kept me pretty calm and laughing the whole time. So far the healing process has been heavenly. Only slight pain if I smoosh my nose down! I didn’t have any pain the whole time so far only itchy for the first 2 days after. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what she was saying. Everything was sterile and done pretty quick. Definitely my forever place 🫶🏻 also if your looking for a price range it was $50 for my septum

I went with my cousin and got a septum piercing today from Steph! It was both of our first time going here. I don't even know where to begin. I brought my oldest daughter in there to get her ears pierced for her 15th birthday. It seemed very rushed by the lady who did it, but I just thought it was because it was a simple piercing on her ear lobes. I've found out from my own experience and research that she's just inept and unqualified. Just a short couple of weeks and we notice that her earrings are kinda hanging out towards the front. I go to try and tighten it a little bit as I assumed it needed it done bc any swelling she had was gone. Come to find out there's no backing to the ear and the little "lip" on the end of it that's supposed to keep it in place has now gone inside of her ear lobe. One of them fall out on their own but the other one I couldn't get out for anything. I had gotten advice from two other shops and was informed the wrong size gauge was used, the earring was way too thick and the length of it was way too short. Thankfully the person that pierced our nose's was able to remove it, re-pierce it (the back closed as there was nothing through it to keep it open) and put the PROPER gauge and length size in her ear. Otherwise it could've ended up in a doc visit of some sort to take care of the issue. I don't recommend ANYONE go there! This could've become something serious and all due to their negligence and lack of knowledge and/or qualifications. Seriously upsetting.
