I went in to get my nose pierced and I was so nervous but Johnny and the guy working the front counter were awesome. They made me feel super comfortable. The whole process was amazing. Johnny did absolutely wonderful on the piercing. I would definitely recommend!!

All the people there are super friendly and helpful. They are constantly cleaning to keep it a safe place for everyone especially with covid going around. I personally get tattooed by Josh, but Tyler and Jason are phenomenal as well! The piercer there Johnny is also really good at what he does. Honestly is just a great place to go for whatever tattoo/piercing needs you have! 😄

I was so impressed with the amazing customer service from all the guys that work here! They're all so polite and friendly. Johnny did a piercing for me and he was so good about telling me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. The shop is so clean too! I'll definitely be back here at some point!

went for walk in wednesday jusssst in time to get this strawberry friend - Jason is an excellent artist and very knowledgeable about placement and tattooing in general. Every single guy in the shop was welcoming and helpful throughout the entire experience. Also got a cartilage piercing from Johnny and his placement and technique made it as painless as a piercing can be. I felt like prices were very reasonable for good quality work and I will definitely be back. You get what you pay for with permanent body art and this place is 100% worth it. Super crisp lines and color absolutely packed in there. Thanks!

The piercer who adjusted my nose ring (I forgot his name again) was a gentle as could possibly be, considering I'd pretty much jammed it onto my nostril and it had been rubbing all weekend, basically rubbing the edge of my nostril raw. I also asked him about adding a new tattoo to my sleeve, and he was super helpful, not only showing me pictures of what he'd done, but gave me business cards for two other artists and told me to check out their work as well. I love how it's not competitive, they just want you to have the best experience, even if it's not with the artist you consulted with.

This place is top-notch — I went here for a tattoo, and I’d 10/10 recommended. Definitely will be coming back! Effingham is lucky to have such a professional, clean, friendly, and welcoming business!

I used to always drive outta town for tattoos, but now it’s nice to hear that we have people driving to Effingham just to get tattooed at Broughton! I’ve seen several friends and family members get tattoos done here, and they do a great job really listening to what you want. Tyler Schwing was my tattoo artist, and he was so thorough and made everything really comfortable for me — really impressed with everyone in the shop. Check it out!

All of the employees are super down to earth people, Johnny is a fantastic piercer, I'll always to come to him for my piercings! The atmosphere is super welcoming, not to mention very clean and appealing to ones eye! My first visit since they've opened and I will be back many many times not just for piercings, but for tattoos! Love it!

Worked with Johnny getting my daughter's lobes pierced and he was fantastic. Explained the process and how to maintain her piercings. Also consulted with Ty on two tattoos including a future coverup. I can't wait to come back and get my ink. These guys are knowledgeable, nice and honest. I haven't had new ink in over 13 years and I'm so stoked to come back.

I’ve wanted a nose piercing for a long time, finally did it. I was apprehensive about the needle and pain, who isn’t?! Johnny did a great job. I felt at ease and calm. I’m not sure if I’m just different or he’s very gentle but it didn’t hurt and my eyes didn’t water at all. I was amazed! All the worry for nothing!
