Eric did mine and my husbands tattoos. He was so fun and we had an absolute blast. The tattoos are awesome quality! I’ve never had a better experience than this:))

Morgan is a great piercer! She was very knowledgeable about the healing process and made sure to keep me calm! 10/10 would recommend!!

I went in for a dermal and she did an amazing job. I followed the suggested directions and basically didn’t have a healing process because the process went so smoothly. Even right after the initial piercing, the worst recovery pain I experienced was like a small bruise. I’ve been sleeping on it almost every night since. She educated me on everything I didn’t know about it. All in all, great experience and I LOVE my piercing.

I went in yesterday with a small idea in mind! I not only got my idea but it was done better then I could have ever asked for. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderfully pleased I was. I have many tattoos and have had lots of experience with several different shops. They never treated me like I was one of those silly girls who had no idea what I was doing or needed. The tattoo is better then I even could have expected. To top it off I got my nose pierced when I was finished. Something I always wanted but had never done. Everyone in the shop was kind and helpful and I can assure you not only will I return but I will send others! I am thrilled with the ease they put me at and it was a job WELL DONE! Thank you for making my idea come to life!

Absolutely awful experience.
Cancels without returning deposits.

I literally had to beg and plead and threaten about going to my bank and filling a police report.

I called the shop to get an appointment to be able to gift my friend reconstructive Tattoo post double mastectomy. The woman on the phone (who I now know, was either not paying attention or just flat out didn’t know) told me the steps and gave me a password and website to book through.

While booking it required $100 deposit. I gave my deposit understanding some people don’t show up for appointments and planned on tipping the full amount, knowing they do the tattoo for free for cancer survivors. I had gotten a breast cancer ribbon from Eric as well as my dog tags back 11 years ago and I knew right where I wanted to go for my friend. I thought Eric and the ship was a great and it was the thing to do and I would’ve paid even more if she was happy.

Well, once my deposit went through, Via email I get a Notification that my appointment has been canceled.... but no mention of my money being returned and nothing in my bank statement.

Not only did I did not receive my refund for my deposit prior to the cancellation.

I had to send MULTIPLE EMAILS and texts (because this all happened while I was at work and couldn’t talk) to even have them mention the possibility of returning my money.

NONE of the emails sent by Brandi DeRousse (his assistant) explained I was given the wrong information on booking or apologizing for the confusion. I had received one missed phone call from Brandi, no voicemail was left with any explanation or that they were returning my deposit. No voicemail or text message that they were going to rebook- not that that matters because my money still wasn’t given back to me.

I paid through the site with my Debt card and when I repeatedly asked for my deposit back they finally said they would send it to me via PAYPAL or VENMO.

That’s NOT how I paid. Not only was the owner rude and calling me names because I wanted my money back he was now refusing to do so!

I waited HOURS and HOURS even after I know he saw my request for funds- he denied my request.

Absolutely HORRIBLE BUISNESS

THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED of themselves for treating cancer survivors and clients this way. Leave a voicemail, send actual information in an email.

HORRIBLE and sad.

The only person truly hurt in all this is my friend who just had a DOUBLE mastectomy.
Not to worry.
There are other artists who actually care.

Great place the one girl who did me and my best friends peircing chelsea told me and my best friend for both piercings mind u two very different piercings told us that it would take 4-5 weeks for it to heal very much wrong she did my best friend who got snakebite done lopsided one is very high compared to the other and mine a tongue piercing said it would take 4-5 weeks so i called up there and spoke to morgan and she said o no homey u have to wait 6-7 months

The staff were super friendly and my artist, Chelsea kept me posted throughout the sketching process & compromised with me on design changes. I couldn't ask for better constomer service because hey did everything a customer could ask for! During the tattoo process the artist was careful, had references out & the sketchs she did, took her time, and created a great experience throught the tattoo process. Thanks for the awesome tattoo Chelsea! & thanks to the other staff for being nice and helpful as well! =^-^=

They did a fantastic job. Very professional. But they have a very friendly enviting atmosphere.
